If you’ve got a great idea for a book that you’d like to share with us, then we’d love to hear from you. Writing for Ilex is a great way to share your knowledge and experience with readers across the globe, and we love nothing more than to make the connection between experience and enthusiasm, and quench the reader’s thirst for knowledge.
We’re based in the UK, but our books reach readers across the globe, often in many languages, and we’re happy to hear from authors anywhere. We pride ourselves on dealing honestly and fairly with our writers who are, after all, the people we depend on; a quick look at our list reveals that most of our first-time authors stay with us for their second and subsequent books, so we must be doing something right. We also believe in supporting our books way after the initial publication period, promoting and pushing to keep them in the public eye, and innovating with new formats (often digital) that open up new markets for them.
